TNA UK’s Freephone helpline is 0800 999 1899, option 1. TNA UK currently lists volunteer helpline hours as 8am–8pm, seven days a week; outside these hours, callers can leave a message. Its e-helpline is help@tna.org.uk. Volunteers provide support, information and signposting, not diagnosis or prescriptions. This is not an emergency service. Seek assessment from a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment.
