Who is responsible
Aneeta Prem is the data controller for personal information handled through Aneeta.com. To ask a privacy question or exercise a data-protection right, use the contact page and begin your message with “Privacy request”.
Information we may collect
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, professional role, enquiry subject and message. The site may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, security logs, cookie choice and analytics information where you have consented.
Please do not send sensitive case information
The contact form is not a safeguarding, medical or emergency service. Please do not send health records, allegations, court papers, information identifying a child or survivor, or anything that could place somebody at risk. If sensitive information is received unexpectedly, it will be handled only as necessary to respond safely, meet a legal duty, deal with a legal claim or delete it securely.
How and why information is used
Enquiry information is used to reply, consider media, speaking, educational or professional requests, keep an appropriate correspondence record and protect the site. The lawful basis will normally be legitimate interests, taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation. Optional analytics is used only with consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie controls.

Google Analytics is loaded only after consent and may set _ga and related _ga cookies to measure visits without advertising personalisation or Google signals. Who may receive information
Information may be handled by trusted providers used for website hosting, form processing, email, information security and professional advice. Webflow hosts this site and stores form submissions. Where an enquiry concerns Freedom Charity or Trigeminal Neuralgia Association UK, it may be passed to that charity only when necessary and lawful; that charity’s privacy information will then apply. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, to protect somebody’s safety, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Personal information is not sold.
International transfers
Some service providers process information outside the United Kingdom. Webflow states that customer and website-user data is stored in the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, the transfer must be covered by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards recognised under UK data-protection law.
Information needed to reply
The form requires a name, email address, enquiry type and message. Without these details, the enquiry cannot be submitted or answered. Telephone numbers and other details are optional unless they are needed for a time-sensitive media request. Please provide only what is relevant.
Children
The contact form is not intended for children to send personal or safeguarding information. A child or young person who needs help should use an appropriate specialist service or ask a trusted adult for support. Do not identify a child through this form.
Your right to object
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you have the right to object. State the reason for your objection through the contact form. It will be considered in light of your circumstances and the legal requirements that apply.
